I. Order Confirmation and Tracking

 

(1) B - end Order Confirmation

When an enterprise customer of customized products confirms the customization plan and accepts the price, we will prepare an order contract, clearly defining key terms such as various customization requirements, price, delivery time, and payment method of the products. After the customer signs the order contract and pays the corresponding advance payment as agreed, we will send an order confirmation letter to the customer via email or in writing within 1 working day. The order confirmation letter will list in detail the order number, specification parameters, quantity, customization requirements, estimated delivery time, total order price, and the amount of the paid - in funds of the customized products.

(2) C - end Order Confirmation

Once an individual consumer places an order and makes a successful payment on our website, the system will immediately send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. The email will record in detail key information such as the order number, name, specification, quantity, price, and estimated shipping time of the purchased goods. Please carefully check the order information. If you find any errors or have any questions, please contact our customer service staff in a timely manner so that we can handle them for you promptly.

(3) Order Tracking

The shipping time of B - end products will be determined according to the production cycle after the advance payment is made. For C - end products, we usually arrange shipping within 3 working days after receiving the full payment. Once the goods are shipped, the system will automatically send an email containing the tracking number to your email. With this tracking number, you can track the shipping progress of the package in real - time on the official websites of major courier companies. Generally, it takes an additional 3 - 7 days for the package to be delivered. However, due to factors such as different destinations, the operating efficiency of courier companies, and local customs, the actual delivery time may fluctuate.

II. Inquiry, Customization Requirement Communication, and Production Initiation (Only Applicable to B - end)

 

(1) Inquiry Response

After an enterprise customer of customized products initiates an inquiry through channels such as the official website, email, or phone, our professional business team will contact the customer within 1 working day. We will take the initiative to ask the customer for detailed requirements for customized products, including key information such as product functions, uses, specifications, materials, design styles, expected quantities, and delivery time. We will gain an in - depth understanding of the customer's business scenarios and special requirements to ensure that we can accurately grasp the customer's customization needs.

(2) In - depth Communication and Solution Provision

After initially understanding the customer's needs, our technical and design teams will work together with business personnel to have further in - depth communication with the customer. Through video conferences, phone calls, or online document exchanges, we will answer the customer's questions and discuss and confirm the details of product customization. According to the customer's needs, we will provide a detailed customization plan within 3 - 5 working days, including product design drawings, technical parameters, estimated production cycle, price details, etc.

(3) Solution Confirmation and Adjustment

After the customer receives the customization plan, we will arrange a specific time for plan explanation and question - answering with the customer. The customer can put forward modification opinions and suggestions on the plan according to their own situation. We will promptly adjust and optimize the plan according to the customer's feedback until the customer is satisfied and confirms the plan.

(4) Production Initiation

After receiving the customer's advance payment and the confirmed order contract, we will officially start the production process of customized products. The production department will formulate a detailed production plan according to the order requirements to ensure that the products are produced on time and with high quality.

III. Transportation Guidelines

 

(1) B - end Processing Time

The production cycle of customized products will be determined according to the complexity of the products and customization requirements, generally ranging from 15 working days to 60 working days. During the production process, we strictly follow the quality control system and strictly check each production link. After the products are produced, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that the products meet the customer's customization requirements and relevant quality standards. Only products that pass the quality inspection will enter the subsequent packaging and transportation links.

(2) C - end Processing Time

After receiving the full payment, we will complete the shipping preparation work of the goods within 3 working days. For some popular or in - short - supply standard products, there may be a slight delay, but we will promptly communicate with you and inform you of the estimated shipping time.

(3) Delivery Time

  1. Expedited Shipping (FedEx/DHL/USPS/UPS): When B - end and C - end customers choose expedited shipping services, it usually takes 2 - 6 working days to ship to all parts of the world (2 - 6 working days within the United States and 3 - 8 working days for other countries). (4) Shipping Address

(2) C - end Cost Calculation Method

The freight is calculated according to the weight, volume of the goods, and the destination country. Different goods and shipping addresses will result in different freight costs. Some standard products enjoy a free - shipping policy.
